What is mk physio?
At MK Physio, we provide comprehensive 1 on 1 physiotherapy assessments tailored to your needs. Our main goals are to reduce pain and restore functionality, getting you back to what you love doing. We enjoy educating, encouraging and empowering our patients, providing them with new knowledge and advice to better their lifestyle.
Together we will create an individualised movement plan consisting of treatment such as hands-on therapy and home exercises.

Ask
We take the time to carefully listen to each patient's concerns, and to answer any questions they may have regarding their body. This allows us to conduct an appropriate and effective assessment to correctly identify areas of concern.
Assess
We assess and diagnose injuries using both subjective and objective measures. Assessment findings and treatment options are thoroughly discussed with the patient.
Action
We treat using a wide variety of hands on techniques followed with a movement plan with measurable goals. We also provide our patients with the resources required to make a speedy recovery and maintain long lasting changes.
